Yettel Bulgaria offers mobile voice, data and content services on both post- and pre-paid basis. Yettel Bulgaria won the award for fastest mobile network in Bulgaria (2016) and offers high quality voice and data connectivity in its own 4G network with VoLTE technology.
PPF Group’s share in Yettel Bulgaria EAD is 100%.
In 2018, PPF Group agreed to purchase Yettel’s assets in Central and Eastern Europe. After obtaining the necessary regulatory approval, the transaction was settled at the end of July 2018. Following the closing of said transaction, PPF Group became the sole owner of Yettel’s assets in Hungary, Bulgaria, Montenegro, and Serbia. Telenor has been active in Central and Eastern Europe for 25 years. In 2013, Yettel entered the Bulgarian market by acquiring Globul.
